We are pleased to welcome visitors who do not speak Italian. Over the coming months, our Association will gradually translate this website into the other official languages of the European Union. Our aim is to make our work accessible to as many people as possible and to encourage the creation of international networks and partnerships with organizations in Europe and around the world that share our mission.
For now, we have activated the automatic translation tool integrated into this WordPress site. However, we are committed to publishing complete translations of the pages and articles of international relevance in the official EU languages in the near future.
We Actively Support the Well-Being of Older People
Our Association is committed to promoting a new vision for Senior Centers in Italy and in Europe, transforming them into places of participation, inclusion, and cultural growth. The main objective is to encourage active ageing, full citizenship, and the protection of the rights of older persons, while combating all forms of exclusion and discrimination.
We work to ensure dignified living conditions, economic security, health protection, and the recognition of the social role of older people, acknowledging them as an essential resource for the community. Through social, cultural, and civic initiatives, we strive to create spaces where generations can engage in dialogue and offer mutual support.
The Association is a non-profit organization, part of the national network of Third Sector Entities. Our activities are rooted in solidarity and aim to strengthen social bonds, always placing the dignity and well-being of older people at the center.
At the same time, we look to the future with responsibility. We foster opportunities for dialogue and exchange between older and younger generations, convinced that the heritage of memory and experience must intertwine with the energy and creativity of youth. In this perspective, we support the principles of ecological transition and respect for the environment, aware that caring for the planet is inseparable from caring for people and from building fairer and more sustainable communities.
In carrying out its mission, the Association engages in dialogue with institutions, local administrations, political actors, and the wider Third Sector, contributing to the development of policies and regulations that protect the rights of older people and enhance their contribution, in harmony with the social and environmental challenges of our time.
